First off I have to talk about this mesh prefab from Scarlet Creative. The designer Charlotte Bartlett added me on Flickr the other day and I saw this in her photo stream and just loved it immediately that I bought it straight away. I’ve been looking for something like this for ages with mesh shutters that I can use to play around with the lightning and shadow effects, and this build just work’s perfectly with them, whilst there is the big main windows there’s also a couple of little side areas that give perfect opportunities for photographs. Best buy of the year I think and will certainly be using it a lot over the coming months.

If your looking for contemporary mesh furniture than you can’t go wrong with these gorgeous new pieces from HANDverk. The Wassily chair shown below was originally designed by Marcel Breuerin in 1923 and even today it doesn’t look out of place or dated. This Second Life version built in mesh is stunning and comes with a number of seating poses. The second piece I have is the Barcelona Red chair and ottoman, again in mesh and with built in poses. I really can’t wait to see future releases from this store.
